The human voice when it is revved up to convey passion can be a marvelous thing. Diana Harris is blessed with a voice that will travel from a whisper to a scream and back with plenty of sonic colorations along the way to make the journey quite interesting. The kind of singing that tempers power with grace; represented by torch-carrying representatives like Tina Turner, Chaka Kahn, Renee Geyer and Sharon Jones. Diana Harris is comfortable in that number too.

Diana has developed a parallel career in the South Pacific; touring New Zealand Samoa and Cook Islands over the past six years. Her exposure to various music cultures there have deepened her already soulful style, adding dimensions that make her singing and composing even more tantalizing.

Jackson Griffith

“Diana Harris, the California singer,
wowed crowds in a magenta ruffle dress,
showcasing a soulful husky wail
that got feet stomping."
